Why Does My Spa Foam Up?

Foaming water is usually caused by contaminants or poor water balance.


Common causes:

  • Body oils

  • Detergent residue

  • Incorrect chemicals

  • Dirty water

  • Poor filtration


What to do:

  • Shock treat the spa

  • Clean filters

  • Drain and refill old water if necessary
