Sometimes pumps may sound operational while little or no water is circulating.

Common causes:

  • Air locks

  • Blocked impellers

  • Clogged filters

  • Closed valves

  • Pump failure

What to do:

  • Check water levels

  • Clean filters

  • Ensure valves are open

  • Bleed air from the pump if necessary

  • Contact a local spa repair specialist if circulation does not return
